ABOUT ME

After working in advertising for a few years, I got the crazy idea that I wanted to start over and become a pastry chef. And for 8 years that's exactly what I did, working in some of the best fine dining restaurants in New York City. Though I'm now semi-retired from the professional kitchen, I still love to bake (and teach) at home.
